A very early Karmann-built BMW 633 CSi Coupé in outstanding, original and unrestored condition. Registered in Andorra since 03/10/1978 to Mr. Hofmann and acquired by us in 2020 from Mrs. Hofmann with approximately 78,600 km on the odometer. Originally delivered by Sertasse BMW in Barcelona.
When purchased, the car still wore its factory paint, which however showed various signs of use, small paint blemishes, and parking dings. A detailed photo documentation prepared by us (available on request) illustrates these imperfections, but also the exceptional rust-free condition and verified paint thickness readings. Except for the roof, the bodywork was refinished to a high standard on bare metal panels (fully photo documented). The engine and luggage compartments, inner door panels, bonnet, boot lid, and A- and B-pillars remain in their original paint without any trace of corrosion. The underbody and chassis were cleaned, preserved with a clear wax coating, and—like all mechanical components—are in impeccable, untouched condition.
The beautifully preserved olive-green leather interior remains supple and elegant, featuring matching green carpets, an unblemished dashboard, and spotless headlining. Equipped with power steering, electric windows front and rear, heat-insulating glass all around, alloy wheels, and optionally with air conditioning, Blaupunkt radio/cassette, and metallic paint.
