Magnificent XJS 3.6 Coupe in a truly unique condition with only 13.488 Kilometers. Newly delivered on January 5th. 1987 to the in 1926 born Mrs. Fortunata Migliore from the Italian village Rosignanao Solvay. In December 1992 with a mileage from only 5.600 Kilometers, due to financial problems the coupe was canceled from the registry, locked away in a by the family owned garage. Architect and former car collector Mr. D. Balestri from Pisa heard about this particular car in the summer of 2006. He contacted the family, made an appointment to visit the car together with an expert. After they both where astonished about the condition and mileage of only 5.684 Kilometers he made a sales agreement and bought the car including a fresh service. Mr. Balestri decided in 2014 to sell his collection, the XJS then with around 8.900 Kilometers found its way to another collector in Austria wo sold the car out of his collection recently.
Now with only 13.348 Kilometers still in a unique, once in a lifetime condition. Paint without mention worth defaults, flawless interior, rust-free chassis and undercarriage still provided with the factory preservation wax. Sought after 3.6 Liter straight-6 engine with 5-speed manual gearbox, timeless color combination and beautiful “first” model with the more adorable back window and taillights. Sold new by Jaguar-dealer S.J.M Poggioli in Firenze, documented and researched history, books and tools, some maintenance invoices present. Irreplaceable.
