After, as the existing documentation shows, changing the order for his W140 several times in terms of options and colors, Herr Wenzel from Leipzig Germany signed on 19.07.1991 the final purchase agreement with the local Mercedes-Benz Niederlassung. On March 27, 1992 the time had finally come, the invoice with an amount of DM 123.601,31 was received and paid for and the car was collected by the then 56-year-old Herr. Wenzel. Now, 28 years and only 11.102 kilometers later, it can be said that the S-Class is still in almost the same condition as on the aforementioned delivery date in 1992.
Richly provided with options, classic and chic color scheme and beautifully documented in history. In addition to the present vehicle folder with all booklets including the stamped maintenance book, the Datakarte, the unopened cassette tape with instructions, the original purchase invoice, numerous (yes even at this mileage) of maintenance invoices, TÜV reports as well as the final and previous placed / changed orders.
