A conditionally insane Mercedes 220D “Strich 8” with a documented mileage of just 120.000 km. Except for the lower part of the left rear fender in the original paint, dent and scratch free, even without traces of use. Immaculate interior, trunk- and engine compartment “Makellos”. Visible from new, fully treated against rust, all seams and fiitings carefully greased.
Newly delivered on 01 August 1972 by Daimler AG Niederlassung Reutlingen-Pfullingen to Herr. Neubauer from Bonlanden, now coming from the 2nd. owner, a collector who did not just store it in a garage but used the 220 regularly (more than 20.000 km). Technically perfectly maintained and recently TÜV approved. Beautiful 1970s color schemes 860 Gün with a black cloth/MB-Tex interior. Binder with the booklets present, spare wheel unused and original, first windshield. One of the last of the first series, transitional model with the modified, second series interior.
