Incomparable, original Mercedes 230C newly delivered in Germany to Herr. Haar, owner of a garage, from Solingen. Ordered on March 25, 1977, collected on January 12, 1979 by Herr Haar with his son at the Mercedes-Benz Werk Sindelfingen. Precisely “Gehegt und Gepleght” as well as maintained by the owner himself. The countless stamps in the original Fahrzeugbrief show that the Coupe was neatly deregistered every winter. The body and chassis were carefully protected from new on against rust by a wax / tectyl layer, the traces of which are still clearly present. Do not confuse the brown spots on the door siede, A and B pillars, with rust, because rust is absolutely nowhere to be found, not even on the typical critical points of this model range.
Without exception in the factory paint which conditionally can be called “Makellos” as well as the beautiful velour interior. The parcel shelf, often discolored by the sunlight, the entry of the driver’s seat, the dashboard with burr walnut wood applications are absolutely spotless.
