A VW 1200 owned by the first Swedish owner until 2014, equipped with the searched for “ragtop” with an original mileage of only 39.439. The last 5 years collection piece of a recently discontinued Swedish Volkswagen Museum.
Incomparable condition of the chassis, bodywork and floor panels, typical for the Scandinavian models, with a thickly applied anti-rust / insulation coating. With the exception of the lower part of the right door and the right front wing completely in the factory paint with only minimal traces of use and perfect gloss.
The fabric interior, the rubber floor mats, the side carpets as well as the original folding roof are in a unique preserved condition. Periodic options such as the removable Blaupunkt Radio, the Marchal spotlights placed crosswise on the bumper rosettes give this De Luxe Beetle extra cachet.
